Definition of: Oriental Deep Tissue Massage therapy is similar to Swedish massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints).
Sports injury can happen to anyone, it is recommend it to seek massage treatment.
A Back, Neck and Shoulder massage is a shorter treatment than a Full Body massage, and is typically around 30 or 40 minutes long. Full Body massages are normally between 60 minutes to 90 minutes and include arms, legs, hands and feet.
